Adoration Chapel
We welcome you to join us at the adoration chapel at Our Lady of Nazareth Parish.
What is Eucharistic Adoration?
Eucharistic Adoration is a Catholic devotion where a consecrated host, the Blessed Sacrament, is visible and on display in an open monstrance. The adoration chapel provides an opportunity for the faithful to sit and be in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ.
What Should I do in Adoration?
If you have never been to adoration or if you are unsure what to do, below are a few ideas:
- Bring your Bible and read and reflect on scripture.
- Sit and have a conversation with God through prayer.
- Pray the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet.
- Sit quietly and listen or just enjoy being in the presence of Christ.
What Are the Hours of the Adoration Chapel?
The Adoration Chapel is open Tuesday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30a - 5:00 p.m.
"The time you spend with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is the best time that you will spend on Earth. Each moment that you spend with Jesus will deepen your union with Him and make your soul everlastingly more glorious and beautiful in heaven, and will help bring about an everlasting peace on earth.” – St. Teresa of Calcutta
